Returns & Cancellation Policy
Return Policy: Damaged, Defective, or Expired Products
If you receive a product from Mr. Buddy Pet Shop that is damaged, defective, or has expired, you may return it within 15 days after receiving it.
Here's how to return a product:
● Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team to report the issue.
● Provide Details: Be prepared to provide your order number, the product name and quantity, a description of the damage or defect, and proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt).
● Return Shipping: We will be responsible for the cost of returning the product. Please ensure it's securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
● Send the Return: Ship the returned product to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds:
Once we receive the returned product and verify the issue, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for the refund to be processed.
Exclusions:
● Used or Altered Products: Products that have been used or altered in any way will not be eligible for return.
● Sale Items: Sale items are typically final sale and cannot be returned.
Specifics for Damaged or Defective Products:
● Defective Products: If a product is found to be defective upon receipt or within the return window, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
● Damaged Products: If a product arrives damaged due to shipping or other unforeseen circumstances, we will replace it or issue a full refund upon receipt of the damaged item.

Cancellation Policy:
We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but if your order has been dispatched to our courier partner, we will be unable to cancel it. Our order cancellation policy is as follows:
- You can request cancellation of your order at any time before it is dispatched to our courier partner.
- Once your order has been dispatched to our courier partner, we will be unable to cancel it. At this point, your order will be in transit and we will not be able to stop it or redirect it to a different address.
- If you have received your order and would like to return it, you may do so according to our return policy.
Please note that we take great care to ensure that your order is dispatched in a timely manner and reaches you as quickly as possible. We work closely with our courier partners to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time.
